1 lb. turtle steak, sliced 1/2 inch thick 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. powder 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. olive oil 1/2 cube butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sherry
Heat butter and oil in skillet with garlic. Salt slices and roll in flour. Brown on both sides, about 10-15 minutes. Pour off drippings. Add sherry. Steam 5 minutes and serve. 2 servings.
