they're not the same people, but it's been said that the pictures all look like they're the same person because the firm that released the image used the same blur + smoothen photoshop trick on all the pictures. They have similar facial features but the crappy photoshop job made it worse.
I could tell that some of the cheeks were photo-pinched because the mouths look like boomerangs, but I couldn't tell whether or not the shapes of their heads were touched up. It confused me because I could tell there were subtle differences but they still all looked the same with such similar facial structures. The only way for me to distinguish them is by separating the round-chinned girls from the pointy-chinned girls.
Part of the screen test for the pageant should be each videotaped saying "I love you long time!"
