Besides lifting dumbells and riding a 20-year old jalopy of a bike, how does the Cowgirl keep in shape?

Easy. The key is prevention. Want to know how I avoid eating ice cream in the middle of the day? Why I grab an apple and not a glass of coke?

I've been trying to lose weight also, of course being unemployed helps with the no soda or junk food part and since I have so much free time I attempt to go for at least two long walks a day. Both are usually more than 2 miles.

Also, you can't really tell (it's near the bottom), but we unintentionally placed Han Solo and James Bond next to each so it kind of looks like Han is shooting Bond. Also, Dakota, in a rage or jealousy, killed the lowest Orlando Bloom picture my roommate had. Oops.

Hmmm, in the meantime I've been trying to gain weight. Stupid metabolism!

The funny thing is, my unhealthy sugar addiction is probably the very thing that keeps me from gaining weight. All the fat and calorie loaded stuff I eat makes me hyper and fidgety. Believe it or not, fidgety people can burn off 30-40 pounds worth of calories in a year.

As well as the definitions of genders and sexualities. He's obviously confused. Though, this may explain why he adamantly denies he's gay. He just doesn't know what the words mean.
