Some decent readin' this week,though nothing spectacular.Almost didn't get Avengers/Invaders as 22 copies of the book came in damaged.However,I've never been too particular so long as I can read it and it isn't ripped or anything so I was able to snag a copy.RAWK!!

I bought a couple of those comics this week.

Is Ambush Bug any good?

It's funny, but not as funny as the original bunch of miniseries (which were recently collected in one giant Showcase book!). It's also a lot less chaotic... I mean, the story is still kind of fragmented, but it doesn't randomly jump to ads or parodies anymore. Giffen's art looks messier, but I blame that on the inker (Al Milgrom, who must be like 90 by now).

The best issue so far has been the latest one, which builds on a printing error in a previous issue that ultimately results in Didio's death.
