I guess this makes millar the second slowest talent in comics.
Man!
And this is the same guy who started JLA/AVENGERS back in 1983 and finally finished it a just few years ago.
I wonder if he has any other unfinished projects in a drawer somewhere.
And what other great stuff by other creators is sitting in a file unpublished. It's fun to see this stuff see the light of day, resurrecting the era it was created in, when it finally sees print.
Another I saw recently was the CAPTAIN AMERICA: WAR AND REMEMBRANCE trade (Roger Stern, John Byrne, reprinting CAPTAIN AMERICA 247-255, circa 1980-1981) that included five complete unpublished pages Byrne did for another issue, before the plug was abruptly pulled on their run by Byrne taking over as writer/penciller/inker on FANTASTIC FOUR with issue 232.
This reminded me of another topic I enjoyed:
Comic series that never happened
Didn't perez basically re-pencil or ink everything so it matched his current style?

Another Perez Wonder Woman would be cool. A JLA/Avengers 2 would be cool.

he re penciled some stuff, but most of the book wasn't even drawn.
