THE ROOTS OF OBAMA'S RAGE
I will send you actual money if you never post those words, or talk about
Obamanomics ever again. For the love of....have you
ever read anything else of interest? Do you get ALL of your "facts" and beliefs from single sources like that? Come on David!
I actually often cite articles from the New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, PBS News Hour, fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel and many other ostensibly liberal sources, in addition to conservative sources like National Review, Wall Street Journal, Townhall, Daily Caller, and, of course, Fox News.
But nice attempted smear, that I allegedly get all my "facts and beliefs from single sources". I never even except periodically watched Fox News until the fall of 2008, when liberal media coverage got so obscenely one-sided that it drove me to Fox. And I still watch as much CNN, PBS, MSNBC and the other networks as I can stomach. Sometimes I actually think they give superior coverage than Fox does. For example, in August 2008, Fox was focused on the John Edwards scandal, while CNN rightly gave a majority of coverage to the war in former-Soviet Georgia, an event that like the Balkan conflict in 1914, could have exploded into World War III. A bit more important than John Edwards' illicit sex life.
I source them because they're good books, well-researched with lots of information. Some others I cite often are the last 6 books by Pat Buchanan. Citing facts that are selectively omitted by the Obama/DNC Ministry of Truth liberal media.
Another book that sources some of the same information as Carney's OBAMANOMICS is Michelle Malkin's CULTURE OF CORRUPTION. And call Malkin a partisan, but at least she wrote articles and books that were equally critical of government corruption in the W. Bush years. And won awards for them.
Likewise, Glenn Beck, who is constantly demonized by the Left as a Republican partisan, was equally critical of W. Bush's expanding government, globalist erosion of sovereignty, and trampling on the Constitution.
WHY THE LEFT HATES AMERICA by Dan Flynn is another I've cited, that deconstructs liberal myths, citing the true facts. (Why are liberals so eager to believe the worst about their own country, even when the true facts disprove those blindly anti-American notions? )
BIAS by Bernard Goldberg, written by a 30-plus year CBS veteran and self-described liberal (although 11 years later, he has turned more conservative because the Democrats have jumped to the far-left) is a nice overview of the quantifiable examples and polls of the media's liberal bias.
SLANDER by Ann Coulter, while well sourced and beyond reproach in its points, is admittedly conservative-partisan in its focus. But correct in its facts nonetheless, particularly about coverage of the 2000 Bush/Gore election, and the fact that conservative books sell better, but liberal publishers basically slum them out to a ghetto of conservative publishers, despite their consistent topping of the N Y times bestseller list.
A few books I can think of offhand that i've cited in the recent past. I've also read books about W W II, THE RAPE OF NANKING by Iris Chang, THE SEIGE (about the Israeli conflict) by former U.N. Ambassador Conor Cruise O'Brien, THE LIFE AND DEATH OF ADOLF HITLER by Robert Payne, and a variety of other non-fiction and fiction. I enjoyed the Solomon Kane stories by Robert E. Howard, and collections by Ray Bradbury and Harlan Ellison, among others. I recently re-read the FLOWERS FOR ALGERNON novel by Dan Keyes, when I found out he lives in my city. I just missed him at a booksigning.
There's a book I'd like to read next by Aaron Klein titled RED ARMY, about the inflitration by the radical Left into the Democrat party, and its threat to our Constitutional government, capitalism and sovereignty. Klein, all told is a chief investigative writer for WorldNetDaily, which means you would flippantly dismiss whatever he says. I might too after I read it, but I'll evaluate his facts for myself.
WHAT'S SO GREAT ABOUT AMERICA by Dinesh D'Souza, that --like Flynn's book above-- defends not only the United States against slanted liberal criticism, but defends with facts the broader whole of Western culture as well.
Really, I think no matter what source I quote aside from MSNBC or OWS/communist blogs would meet your smell test as providing "facts". So I'm not overly concerned about your partisan far-left contempt for
well-researched conservative sources.
I frankly don't get the impression that you read anything. You just talk out your ass with liberal vitriol, and then have the audacity to proclaim it in your posts as
FACT.Hardly. Not even close.
