And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack.

Hey Kimi, how'd you do it? I know the feeling when you finally lose it. I was into sports, played basketball, swimming, karate then about the last two years of high school and first two years of college I put on a bunch of weight. I had weighed 328 lbs. Then after a class trip to one of the dormant/extinct volcanos for Geology I finally decided to get healthy. I couldn't climb to the top with the rest of my class so I said the hell with it. One of my younger brothers had a subscription to Men's Health and I would read up after he did. From there I did my research, learned what I needed to do and got busy. I cut back on everything I was eating (two slices of pizza instead of two whole pizzas, etc.) and began eating right. Alot of this was all trial and error, but after 1 year I had lost 128 lbs. I was all the way down to 200 lbs., but I was weak. So I joined the same gym my brother went to and got stronger. After two years I now am at a lean 220 lbs. This is where I wanted to be since I am also tall (6 ft 1 in.). Before moving out to OKC I went back to that volcano and climbed it, twice.
