Dang, I remember this game. Played it awhile ago, only other computer game I played. I became an evil god . Throwing worshippers around and destroying villages. Good times!
Good concepts. Poor execution. This game got old as soon as the new wore off of it. It just wasn't that much fun. I usually like slower paced strategy games like Civilization and Sim City type stuff as well as the choose you own path of good and evil (I'll start a thread about Fables real soon); but this game really didn't satisfy either. I think I still have my copy lying around somewhere if someone wants it.

Nice. I was wondering when somone might get to that one. I don't have an X-Box, but I may get one for that game as well as Ninja Gaiden. My brothers both have one. One of them is playing Fable now and the other Ninja Gaiden. They said they would get me one for Christmas so I'll wait till then.

This about sums up my sentiments on Peter Molyneux's work. His ideas are brilliant and ambitious but somehow, in spite of the inspiration and creativity that characterizes his games, they always seem to fall down when it comes to long term playability. I recall Black and White dividing opinions. People either seemed to love it or find it incredibly dull.
Odd thing is, he developed Fable too. Guess he just had a better design crew with him this time.
