But 'over' in geographic terms means at more or less the same latitudinal hemisphere.
So, for example, Europe is over from the US. Russia is over from the US. South American is down. Canada is up.

I don't watch the show, so I was lost when I flipped by it and saw Green Arrowing robbing some museum(or something). Is he a bad guy in this show? Or was there some heroic motive to the whole thing?

Doesn't anyone on Smallville have a television?
Lois was this last show's hope, and now they have her acting like a slut with a guy she barely knows. It's common sense that a woman can get herself killed (or in Lana's case, pregnant) that way. At least the Byrne era Lois took risks the better way (driving into a lake with an aqua lung).
Maybe I should stop watching this show before Martha "slips into something more comfortable" for a Luthor.
