Well, obviously, the first time, the Turtles would win, sort of. See, Bats would retreat, and come up with a plan to take them down. After nursing his injuries and figuring out how to reverse the effects of the goo, Bats would keep some sort of anti mutant turtle weapon in his utility belt, and, of course, win their second, and final encounter.
