I was pleasantly surprised..there were a few cheesy bits and obvious product placements that I expected, but overall really, really cool. there will be a sequel I'm sure.

I loved it. I have no complaints. Okay, Ironhide didn't talk like a Nascar-watching drunk, but that was forgivable. I wanted more Starscream...but judging by the credit, we'll see more of his fabulous self in a later movie.
Oh, and I am now a Bumblebee fan. He was just so darn cute.

yes i too have seen the "Giant fucking Robots" as me and my cousin have so dubbed them. The movie was great. We saw it with the right audience too which always helps...

By the way, did you think it was kind of freaky that Sam was kissing the girl...at the end...up against Bumblebee...with Ironhide and Ratchet watching? That was a little...odd.

SUCH a boy movie  It was really good though, some VERY sweet action moments in the film. It was fun watching Jeff get all googly-eyed at the amazing graphics but I coulda done without all the closeups of the chica's butt and breasts....I mean COME ON.....in a short skirt, running?!? Grrrrrs! And I really didn't like the guy who played the NSA dude at all! My favorite part of the movie wasn't the amazing graphics, the pretty awesome twisting plot, or Shia's really great, humorous acting. It was definitely seeing that boyish, "oh my gosh, its transformers, robots in disguise" smile that warmed Jeff's face the entire movie and even afterwards during the end credits. Hours later after grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, game time, and fireworks his favorite part of the day was still the movie =) So you boys out there better see it!

I really enjoy Transformes the movie. The Soundtrack is superb and I really enjoy the scences:
1. Boncrusher vs Prime.
2. SS arriving at Hoover damn.
3. Megs escaping and insulting SS.
4. Black Out land and fires.
5. When Autobots lands.
6. Megs awaken.
and of cause Bumblebee upgrading to the Kill Bill Sound track!

Optimus fucking Prime! That's all I have to say. Saw it last night, some of the subplots were cheesy as hell, but who cares? I loved it, and I'll probably see it again this weekend. The slo-mo stuff was awesome (especially the slowed down transforming sound) and the car chase scenes were great. Yes, I grew to love Bumblebee. But Prime...Peter Cullen...he made that movie.

Saw it tonight. Fucking awesome. One of the greatest movies ever. I didn't expect to be laughing through most of it. Everything was perfect. I'm gonna see it again tomorrow.

By the way, did you think it was kind of freaky that Sam was kissing the girl...at the end...up against Bumblebee...with Ironhide and Ratchet watching? That was a little...odd. I thought that scene (along with just about every other scene) showed that a movie this this can be realistic. Something like that could have been extremely cheesy. The only flaw was that they didn't play the transformers theme at the beginning.

I'm amazed by how many critics thought it sucked...I mean, I hate Michael Bay, and expected to hate the movie, but it was sweet. I don't get stuffy pretentious critics.
