Can't we have a meaningful discussion?

One of the critiscisms logged at Google's newly expansive search engine is privacy. Seems folks are up in arms because their private lives can be "googled". But can they? I googled myself and found nothing. Yes, I don't have a criminal record or made the news but I have credit problems. Nada. It seems people I google just come up empty or vague information.
This privacy thing just sounds like bunk to me.
