You're a piece of shit. Seriously. Go blow a goat. You're signature is just plain offensive. Stop using military deaths to further your own liberal agenda.
November 6th, 2012: Americas new Independence Day.
i rarely read all of his posts, and i never follow one all the way to the sig, it's not suprising the way whomod supported rev. wright and obama he prolly thinks the soldiers deaths are america's birds coming home to roost...
You're a piece of shit. Seriously. Go blow a goat. You're signature is just plain offensive. Stop using military deaths to further your own liberal agenda.
You have the remember that whomod is the same asshole who tried to turn Hurricane Katrina into a "blame Bush" campaign, causing Rob to tell whomod to go fuck himself.

whomod...has some issues.
Yeah, you're right.
it's all me.
And because of Katrina, Bush didn't lose the confidence of the American public and because of Katrina, Bush still enjoys record approval ratings.
What strikes me is that to merely acknowledge what utter bullshit Bush's PR stunt was 5 years ago in light of the FACTS afterwards, and to merely acknowledge the REAL toll for Bush's crap and his war is somehow "liberal" propaganda but the PR stunt was not propaganda and Bush's incessant use of the troops as props for years on end to further the GOP was somehow OK as well but hell, to simply state the number of dead and wounded is fucking propaganda that needs to be angrily challenged??
You people are just sad. EVERYONE and their mother is against Bush for the war, for the dead, for Katrina, for the lies for the economy etc. etc
Yet to paraphrase bsams, you all still want to suck his dick as if he's still flying high with his tight little codpiece making you all swoon at his bravado and swagger that cost him NOTHING.
So, how many mass graves and buried fighter jets do we have to uncover before we can justify invading Iraq?
Also, you still don't know shit about Katrina.
whomod said: I generally don't like it when people decide to play by the rules against people who don't play by the rules. It tends to put you immediately at a disadvantage and IMO is a sign of true weakness. This is true both in politics and on the internet."
Oh, i'm sorry, I had no idea we went into Iraq to uncover graves and jets?
I thought it was because of WMD's and Al qaeda already being there BEFORE we invaded.
How silly of me. Maybe that explains why I'm all alone here with my dick in the wind while George W. bush still enjoys wide support for his Administration and his war.
Actually, we did find WMD's. We found plenty of biological weapons. We just didn't find nuclear warheads. Saddam postured like he had nuclear capabilities to keep Iran off his ass, but he was ready to start up his nuclear program the second the international community got off his back (which it was about to do). Those are little facts not well reported by the media.

Well since most of the country rejected Bush because of the Katrina debacle I guess most of the country as well as myself don't know as much as you and Republicans do then.

Well, considering that I was actually in the middle of the whole damn thing, and the rest of the country wasn't; I'd have to that you're right.
whomod said: I generally don't like it when people decide to play by the rules against people who don't play by the rules. It tends to put you immediately at a disadvantage and IMO is a sign of true weakness. This is true both in politics and on the internet."
Well, you see, I was in an area that was actually hit by the hurricane and was without any help for almost a whole week because the rest of the nation forgot we fucking existed. But, instead of waiting around for the government to show up and fix all of our problems for us, we started working on getting our lives back to normal ourselves immediately after the storm. That's a concept you're probably not very familiar with.
whomod said: I generally don't like it when people decide to play by the rules against people who don't play by the rules. It tends to put you immediately at a disadvantage and IMO is a sign of true weakness. This is true both in politics and on the internet."
Well that's pretty vague. Recount your daring tale of boot strapping self sufficiency then.
and then you might want to let me know why specifically you think other lazy people chose to stay on rooftops asking the government for "HELP" or just dying in the streets rather than doing it for themselves.
Well, if lived in New Orleans, I would have evacuated since only a retard would think that New Orleans would be okay during a hurricane. But since I lived a little inland, I didn't evacuate. Still, I prepared for a hurricane by buying supplies to prepare for the worst since the news was telling us for over a week that a massive hurricane was coming our way. When the shit hit the fan, our radio stations were down. The signal we were getting from Jackson had zero information about our area. So, while we were getting info on where to go on the Gulf Coast and New Orleans for food, water, ice, and other supplies, we had no idea where to go in our own fucking town. Instead of bitching and complaining, everyone pitched in together to help feed and provide what little water was available to neighbors and friends. We helped each other rather than waiting on the US government to swoop in and save us.
Oh, and by the way, the people who were stranded on top of their houses after the levies broke, long after the storm had passed, were being saved almost immediately. The only delay came about because the rescue helicopters and boats were being shot at as they tried to save people. Once again, your conspiracy bullshit fails.

Looks to me as if you've been believing all those tales of savagery in the big bad city.
And wow, so it sounds to me that after the hurricane passed you by and knocked out your electricity (GASP!), you guys walked from HOUSE to HOUSE, (I presume on dry ground) and shared from your pantries. BRAVO!!! It sounds like you were in real dire straits compared to the lazy people in the flooded city!!
Yes, that's sarcasm. Because basically you're saying that those people deserved their fate on account of their own failings and not on account of being overwhelmed by a disaster of unimaginable magnitude. Then you try to inflate and self aggrandize your situation to those stuck on lower ground with little to NO FOOD or WATER to share and greater numbers on account of it being a large city.
But like I said, you can pump up your own chest and insult and what-not.
I'll always take comfort that that was the precise moment America caught on to the incompetence, callousness and indifference, of Bush and started looking at EVERYTHING this guy did and said differently.
Every dark cloud has a silver lining.
And that is something that NOTHING you reply will change.
reax, you are forgetting several very important things:
w was at the controls of the 9/11 airliners so he had an excuse to start a few wars yet miraculously survived because apparently he is the devil...
w tricked saddam into stockpiling chemical weapons while busy making a mockery of the oil for food program...
w physically created hurricane katrina out of thin air and aimed it directly at new orleans (remember, no other area was touched)...
w caused millions of Americans to rack up obscene levels of credit card debt and then default on it (I still don't know why they didn't report their cards stolen)...
w and his fellow white devils have been actively conspiring to exterminate minority communities despite the fact that many minority communities have demonstrated a remarkable aptitude at exterminating themselves...
I'm pretty sure I saw the guy push some brown kid down on the sidewalk last week while stealing the brown kid's single mother's welfare check out of her purse...
I could go on, but obviously these wingnuts will just deny and backpedal all day.
seriously, whomod, you should probably consider fucking off. go find HalJo82 and commiserate with him. or maybe whip up a new alt; your gimmick's getting stale.

It's your demand to constantly blame Bush for all of Katrina's failings that I find bullshit. I have some issues with FEMA myself, but I'm not going to blame them for shit that isn't their fault. The way it's set up, FEMA can't just march into an area and take over. The state government has to ask for its help. Blanco and Nagin didn't do that. They bitched about FEMA not helping until Bush reminded them that they had to request help before it can be given. Once they did that, FEMA was in. A lot of the failings of Katrina came for LA's local governments. Compare LA to the MS Gulf Coast (that was actually hit by the hurricane and fucked up ten times worse). The Coast functioned better because the local governments cooperated with FEMA instead of just demanding FEMA to do all the work. The fact is that it was the local government that did a shitty job in New Orleans during Katrina. They weren't prepared. They weren't organized. They, by your own articles that you previously posted when you were claiming the Army shot at black people trying to leave NO, set their people out on the streets rather than attempting to take care of them.

If you're going to start justifying your view based on nothing but public opinion polls, I would like to point out that, on any given day, polls show, for example: McCain beating Obama, public discomfort over gay marriage, opposition to immigration and even support for waterboarding in certain circumstances.
Also, if public opinion is the sole arbitrator of quality, then I guess "American Idol" is the best fucking TV in history, and "Meet the Spartans" was funnier than "Arrested Development".
Will you be modifying your views on those issues too?

There is a world of difference over constantly changing opinion polls and a general consensus that is and has been established over a consistent length of time.
Take a look at the graphs I provided or do your own research. Bush has been widely unpopular since after Katrina and has steadily gone downhill since then. You can just minimize it by calling a poll but you know as well as I do, it's is far beyond that now.
As if I expected anything else from you two. I suppose if American Idol didn't have a strong black man and a singer named Abdul as judges you would all be singing it's praises. Typical neo-cons.
American Idol is the greatest show ever. It will never get old.
David Cook for the win!
Oh, and before I forget, check out this interview from the neo-cons at Fox, notice how Paula puts them in their place:
Karl Rove wishes he could handle Abrams this good.
“The House Republican brand is so bad right now that if it were a dog food, they’d take it off the shelf, also they would kill babies” said retiring Rep. Thomas M. Davis III (Va.)
"Do not associate my name with anything you do. You are extremists, and you've hurt the Republican Party much more than the Democrats have, perhaps even more than Fonzie surfing in boots." - Barry Goldwater
20 years, millions of scapegoats, and hundreds of denials later(but they sure looked cool)

but Idol has been consistently the number one rated show since well before Katrina. i think your logic is flawed....
You can put a W sticker on your car and then see how many people flip you the bird.
Hows that?
i doubt very many, i live in rural America. despite what Obama has told you people in California most rural American's don't hate people because of different points of views. there is usually civil debate on political issues, without the name calling and hatred that you seem to have. how we do this between clinging to our guns and religion i have no idea....
