Ok, so tonight at the Unforgiven PPV they have 3 heavyweight title "scramble" matches.

For those not in the know, these matches feature 5 wrestlers including the current champ, and there is a set time limit.
During the match the title can change hands with anyone pinning anyone else, with the winner being the last person to pin someone before the timer runs out.
Now, it has been stated that the title changes during the match will not count on the title history, only the final pin will count.

So by my reckoning, should the current champ win, its merely a title defense as strictly speaking, they havent actually lost the title officially.

So, my point is, how the fuck can Tazz now say that HHH is now a 13 times world champion seeing as all he did was essentially defend his title?

If the title changes during the match dont count as actual title changes, then basically HHH beat HHH for the title by their logic.

Whether this was Tazz just being a twat, and talking out of turn, I dunno, but if its WWEs decision to classify this as his 13th title run, then they are fucking idiots.

What I understand less is,C.M. Punk was the Champion,then couldn't wrestle in the scramble due to a concussion and yet lost the belt anyway.I didn't see Unforgiven so I don't know the exact circumstances,but was he stripped of the title and they had a vacant championship going into the match?Cuz if not,that's about the lamest way to lose or gain a title EVAR!!

Strictly speaking the title was still on Punk during the match, even though he wasnt in it.

The concept of the match was kinda like a fatal four way (with five people) whereby anyone could be pinned for the title to change hands.
The only difference here was that there was a time limit, so it wasnt as simple as "a single pin wins the match".
Even though they would list anyone who made a pin during the match, as the "current" champion, the title didnt really change hands, so whoever was champ before the match started, was still the actual champion throughout the match until the final bell, then whoever got the final pin, would be the champion.

That basically meant, the champion didnt even have to be in the match, but was then obviously assured of losing the belt.

I have heard no rumours of Punk being really injured prior to the PPV, so my guess is that they are just setting up a Punk/Orton feud!

Its a pretty lame way for a belt to change hands really, and a pretty lame way for Punk to end his title run, but you would assume that they will play it up just like they have done with guys like Edge and Batista, who had to relinquish the title after an injury, so they could then say they were never beaten for the title.

At least the title went to someone decent, but it still seems like a pretty hollow title win the way it played out.
Doesnt really give Jericho any credibility as champion!

Oh, my God! I sure wouldn't want to be Brie Bella's twin sister! I mean, she has to like hide under the Smackdown ring and wait for Brie of Earth-1 to crawl down there and tag her! And, oh, my God! How can she score her pins for her without squinting from all the bright lights? Didn't they already do this with the Basham Brothers? Fuck that shit! *bangs her feet*
