I dont watch the WWE but I'm assuming All American refers to a title given in sports for being amongst the best in America, not that he is 100% American....
Yeah but I have heard the term All American used a lot in sports, but never followed by the word American again. I mean, if they use the term All American, by that term, you would assume the person was American, not from another country.
