The guy playing John Stewart is the only one who looks the part (assuming he sounds black enough). ;\)

And Wonder Woman's got a quality rack.

Beyond that: complete shit.

I must admit that I agree that Common looks fine as John Stewart, but with the exception of him, J'onnz and Wondy, all the others seem to be around 20 years old, which is why I say Justice League Jr.

I was a bit unfair on J'onnz when I picked that picture as the guy is a lot older now, but I just thought it funny that Toecutter might play the Martian Manhunter!

This is a more recent pic of him I think.

He is apparently a giant if that picture of Mel Gibson is anything to go by.

Their Batman looks like a God Damn Mexican.

Their Superman looks like a scrawny little kid barley big enough to play the part of Supes foot. Iris Alan also looks way to young .

Their GL Stewart looks ok but he needs to buff up up if he wants to play the part of an ex marine turned super hero.

The part of Talia should go to Angelina Jolie. She would nail the part.

Nice choice for Wondie. I just hope she's tall enough.

I like Santiago Cabrera, he was good in Heroes, but I don't see him as Aquaman. I think Marc Blucas would be a better fit....

is the "mortal" title a sneaky way to get around not having a special effects budget? "everything you like about green lantern and wonder woman, except the super powers!"

more than anything, it just seems like a waste. live action superhero TV shows, not intended for children, are incredibly difficult to pull off. one of the only workable ways around the poor success is to make the show not about the heroing (i.e; smallville focuses on clark's youth and high school drama, lois & clark focuses on a love story and terri hatcher's boobs, etc). if this cast is boasting like 10 "big guns" (superman, batman, wondie, etc) they'll have a bitch of a time avoiding action scenes. and if they do, and turn it into a "melrose place hall of justice", that... sounds... scary.

It couldn't be any worse than that Justice League pilot from the '90's....

This isnt sposed to be a tv show, its sposed to be a movie.
Looking at the cast and writers though, it certainly looks like its gonna be a made for TV one now though.
I seriously hope that all those rumours stay as rumours.
