I just learned of this yesterday.
"Fire in the Hole" is when one orders a large drink at a drive thru, pays receives the drink, and when the drive thru attendant comes back with the change or whatever, one yells "Fire in the hole!" and tosses the drink back into the drive thru window.
I had similiar experiences at both GameStop and Bath & Body Works. In those cases though, it was my manager throwing a hot coffee at me. Funnily enough, my parents have done it to me on occasion as well.
All I've ever wanted was someone to be in love with, and have that same person be in love with me, and I'm starting to realize that that is never going to happen.
