there was one in Something About Mary years before Secretary, where Chris Elliot actually grabbed the back of his wife's head and shoved her face back down there when she stopped for a second. That's just off the top of my head. I know I've seen it in literally hundreds of movies since the 70s. Maybe you should stop turning your head at the sex scenes and give the socks a rest once in awhile.
