Hey, traffic court lawyer, what is my liability if somebody's precious little snowflake has an allergic reaction to the candy I hand out?
Assuming you didn't make or doctor the candy or disguise the ingredients, probably none. The precious little snowflake's parent assumes the risk by letting the kid trick or treat in the first place.
