Dude, they are gonna find the belt and the marking on the cave wall, and go back in time and save his ass.
Until then Bruce will walk the Earth solving problems using Kung-Fu.
When he gets back he will fight and beat the snot out of "New" Batman (Who hopefully be Jason Todd) who is an "evil" Batman.
I don't know what writers have been doing with Jason Todd but he could be put to good use.
Hopefully get a Punisher like Batman for a bit to satisfy that guilty pleasure.
Unfortunately I don't think DC has anybody good enough to do it well.
um.. so is Batman going to bury his JLA communicator at the very spot that the Hall of Justice will be built a few thousand years from now and just kick back and wait for the Flash to rescue him?
