This is actually Grendel, the one who thinks white people can't talk about racism.
White people can talk about racism. But to do so only amongst themselves, in a vacuum, seems specious.
So what, if a bunch of white guys want to talk about racism, they should say "you know guys, maybe we should wait until Jamaal gets here before we say anything... let's just sit here in silence until he arrives". Yeah, that doesn't seem racist at all.
