I've skipped most of the guests except for MacDonald, Shatner, Hanks, and a handful of others that Conan's had good interviews with in the past.

They're slowly getting into the groove, but they need to do more of their older bits, like "If They Mated" or the Public Service Announcements. Oh, and the Twitter Tracker stuff has gotten old fast.
