It was a good ep. One of the better of the season. I think in large part to the fact that Brock was back. He's the best character on the show, in no small part due to the fact that Patrick Warburton is a great voice actor.

Thinking about the overall arc of the show, I wonder if 21 isn't being set up to be Brock's ultimate (and permanent) replacement as the Venture bodyguard.

I'm also thinking that Dr Venture's ancestor started the Guild in no small part to contain the super villain threat, under the guise of promoting it. Basically, if you think about it, most of the Guild rules force these guys to act like cartoon menaces and not actual terrorists (think Cesar Romero Joker instead of Heath Ledger Joker).
