im not only a life long windows guy, but also very anti mac (other than my snafily beloved apple II e). however, the iphone interface took less than 5 minutes to fall in love with (and/or stand to applaud at). it's incredibly simple and intuitive in all regards. i imagine the experience with the itab wouldn't be much different; contrary to what you know, but easily accessible.
