I feel sorry for the people of Chile because they knew that they would be hit by an earthquake because of the big one they had decades ago. I think we should have sent them all the aid we sent to Haiti. I respect the people of Chile for knowing they would be hit by another earthquake.
Haiti as a country needs to rebuild themselves and prepare for another earthquake. They should modernize their country so they won't be hit that hard again.
