As its was the last ever episode of Ashes to ashes tonight, I decided to watch the first series again this week. As I finished it yesterday, and dont own the second series yet, I also decided to start watching both series of Life on Mars today.
Have to say that the finale to Ashes to ashes was superb, and I only saw small parts of this coming, so there was a lot of surprises at the end.
I know Joe is into it, but really think that the likes of Jaburg and Pro should try to seek this one out.

Just watched Black Dynamite. Holy Jesus! This is one of the funniest fucking movies I've seen in years. My friend almost fell off the couch he was laughing so hard.

I really liked it too. They really went all out too. From the costumes to the godawful sets.

I remember alot people expecting a political comedy, but in true Matt and Trey style instead they used the White House as the backdrop for a commentary about the sitcom itself.
If you never saw it and have Netflix streaming you may want to give it a chance.
And if you were a fan this gives you a chance to see the series again commercial free.
I'm guessing from the looks of things Netflix has struck a deal with Comedy Central and Nickelodeon.
I've seen partial lists of the things they've added recently. Lots of Comedy Central shows and stand up specials. Patton Oswalds "No Reason To Complain" is also up. I think that might be his greatest stand up special ever.
The State is up as well. Now I can see what all the hype is about.

This is a pretty shitty trailer. It makes the movie look like a "Hogan's Heroes" style comedy when a lot of the movie is pretty serious drama (with a few comedic overtones) about a spy in a POW camp and the efforts of the prisoner's to root him out.
Trailer aside, still one of the best war movies ever made.
