Better to write Didio a plot-summary proposal and beg him for the chance to do a one-shot, miniseries, or Elseworlds (if they still exist) the way you think the characters should be done. Although after what you just posted, you'd definitely better submit it under a pseudonym, so Didio doesn't mail you a dead cat instead of a contract.
