Damn amusing horror/comedy that plays with the conventions. The college kids are the ones terrorizing the hillbillies.
I was pleasantly surprised by that flick, particularly by just how gory it was.
Really? I didn't find it gory at all. Yeah, there was a ton of fake blood in it; but the gore wasn't anything over standard action movie fair. Even the dude they pried out of the wood chipper was really just a red stump. Even the deformed faces were most just blood to cover everything up.
Which honestly was more than I was expecting.
