certainly a more "epic" tone than the first trailer, which had a more "fun" vibe to it. black widow and ...legolas are insultingly useless. fury at least serves a purpose.
the iron man suit looks bad ass, and much better than the first two iron man (men?) films. cap looks silly - his costume seems too "comic book" in comparison to the treatment each of the others got. however, it was pretty cool to see the "thor vs. cap" segments.
i thought one of the coolest bits was hulk scraping the side of a building off to save a falling iron man. and i like that a villain / robot snake ...thing was featured!
