Will you be getting a new tranny or a rebuilt one?
Technically, aren't all trannies "rebuilt"?
1st, it's either transgender or trans* woman or transgender/trans* man.
2nd, one is trans* when one does not feel that one's gender identity matches one's physical sex (transsexual), or in some other way have a gender identity which does not conform to the traditional gender binary (transvestite, gender queer, etc). Whether a trans* person decides on and gets hormone treatment, surgery, legal transition, etc, doesn't
change whether if that person is trans* or not.
