Not an April Fools joke. A guy was just in my office. He's average height but had the build of a midget. You know how midgets (since we've gotten rid of pituitary dwarfism) have the oddly proportioned bodies, right? The big foreheads and stubby fingers and such. This guy had those proportions. It's as if someone took that kid from "Little People, Big World" and shot him with the gizmo from "Honey I Blew Up the Kid".
