If there wasn’t a case as you may want to believe these people wouldn’t be taking the deals I think.
That's horseshit.
As I've said repeatedly, they are taking plea deals just to end it, whereas if they go to trial, it would likely go in their favor, but cost them potentially tens of thousands in legal fees.
And as the above article said (
liberal media by the way), once they complete 5 years probation, their records will be completely expunged, no criminal record.
