Look, here's why I ask: Things can get fucked up very quickly when people don't communicate. Some of us learned this lesson the hard way back when we started the RDCW.
After that, some of the best feuds happened because of communication. Oakley and I pushed each other in a huge feud that we had, which eventually led to my winning the Hardcore Porn Championship. The key here is that we set each other up, posting once each every week. One week, I would kick Oakley's ass. The next week, he would kick my ass. Now, we can restart the feud any time we want.
An even better feud was the Grimm/Joe Mama feud, which ended the reign of the RWO when Grimm lost the casket match. Hell, the whole RWO thing happened because of communication through private messaging.
No one should do anything without prior notice. All that notice has to be is "you do your in-ring and then I'll come out and kick your ass, and next week you'll get me back." Then you wait for the OK.
No one really cares what you do here, as long as there is open communication so that long term (or even short term) plans don't get fucked up by unnecessary interferance.

Actually, that's a point. I'll have to check if that's alright with Snarf.
It's just that Fantastic, being th so-and-so that he is, would respond in a very definite way, which would be direct and violent. As a character, he despises Snarf's whole prom thing, so short of wrecking it I can't think how he'd react.
Still, best to be polite. Is the idea of interfering with ths prom thing cool by you, Snarf?

Okay, my response to Chris is up.
Good conversation going on here. I remember the hubbub about Latino Heat/Darth and it's good to see that everyone's learned from that (though, Darth's return almost makes that whole thing worth it!). The best thing people can do when working a feud or doing an in-ring that involves other people is PM and work things out. King Snarf and I had a great feud because we PM'd and bounced things off each other. Even when we didn't agree on specific things, the compromises we made ended up making things even better. Take a look at the in-ring where I reveal that I ran him down and you'll see what I mean. That is still one of my favorite promos and it wouldn't have been possible without actively involving King Snarf. My feud with Grimm is another example.
I can tell you, the people here are very flexible with storylines, especially because a feud that has both people actively involved only serves to make both people look good.

I suggest that people who are working on an angle together talk a lot through emails, pm's, and im's. When making a promo, send a copy to the other party so that they can add their reactions to keep everything in one post. You might find that sharing something like this with whoever you're working with spurs the whole thing onto something better.

As for the prom, since it's so close to the Rumble, that would be the perfect moment for the cliched yet traditional pre-Rumble shmoz.

Apropos of that,I just PM'ed Snarf with a rough sketch of the JD character and to get further input from him about how to work Nuriko into the proposed new angle.I've also been talking to Nuriko herself about how her role;I'll be sending her a PM soon with some further suggestions.

I was gonna work it out with Joe. Essentially, I stand in the ring, with Screech, Principal Belding, and possibly Notwedge, waiting for Kelly, but Kelly doesn't come out. Instead, it's one of the 29 other guys. And then, of course the rest of 'em storm the ring.
It's gonna be a post match thing. Besides, I don't want to post anything during the show, as I don't know if Chris is gonna edit the earlier posts because, y'know, he screwed up.

Agreed. There is no need for a new character here.
Chris, you have to slow down and allow angles to work out over time. I could have come back to the RDCW weeks ago, but instead I am waiting (and have been working with Grimm and Joe on my return match, which I wrote up at the beginning of the week) because my injury has to have time to heal.

K, I made a slight edit to Chris' post which should let Snarf and Louie work out their reactions. Since Joe generally does recaps on Sunday, this should give people time to do any other in rings they've got in mind.

Speaking of feuds,since the 1/18 Havoc thread will probably be locked by the time Charlie reads this,I was going to suggest that the segment where James is unmasked as the author of the bogus Snarf tape be written up as a "Video Package" segment to open the 1/25 edition of Havoc. I'll PM Snarf,James,and Nuriko to see what they think. And while I'm at it I should probably touch base with Madman Marcum too.
