I'm still not convinced it was that genuine when you consider how low SOM was voted.
If the voting was by people who dont normally participate in the RDCW,surely SOM has more friends on this board than Snarf or PenWing.

But SOM hasn't been posting on the boards lately either. The last time was a few weeks after the Rumble, and I only remember it being in this forum. Out of sight, out of mind.
I think we're underestimating the number of people aware of this forum and what we do. I know a few posters who don't participate or even read the promo's we're doing, but they still vote on the polls because they pop up on the front page. During the board restructuring Rob recently did, there was even a proposal by a to move the forum up higher on the main page because of all the attention it's been getting. 2005 been's a banner year at the Cheesedome.

Myabe we should start a new thread for non participating posters to make comments about this forum? I know they can do that in the Kayfabe room, but maybe the size of the thread discourages them from posting? What if we had a "comments, thoughts, and opinions - i.e. How are we doing?" thread for non participants to post in?
