Yes, it can!
This may not seem like a deep thought to some, but this cereal has changed my whole perspective on life. The air smells sweeter, th grass looks greener and I have a new appreceation for my feloow man. The existance of this product proves that there is a God and that he is Good.

I used to be addicted to Crunchberries, but the required monthly skin graffs to the top of my mouth just weren't worth it.

For me it's Fruity Pebbles or Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch. It's still a treat, plus it doesn't involve cooking.

Only of there's some fun toys in the box. Remember when you were a kid and you'd dump the whole carton out just to find the toy inside? Of course mom would get mad because there'd be cereal everywhere, and she'd be finding bits around the kitchen for days.
Yeah, cereal can make you really happy...if there's some swag in the bottom of the box!

mud and bugs and peanut butter cap'n crunch are great with a bit of ice cream.
And, to be fair, one of my favorite friends there is blind and I take every opportunity available to make fun of that and we're still friends. That guy never fit there. He never got the spirit of the RKMBs. We're gonna keep an eye on the obits, see if he finally left or if he really did have a heart attack. 2,506,410.81 CAD Rack points

We had a special tupperware bowe where we'd pour out the cereal to avoid the mess.

I like adult cereals.... captain crunch ripped the roof of my mouth so much I swore off cereal for almost a decade. I loves the peanut butter but can't eat it ..even after sitting in milk for over 15 minutes.
I then discovered honey shredded wheat, honey bunches of oats, and the great grains like banana nut crunch..heh, that sounds funny.

A lot of people hate it for that reason. Everytime I had a bowl I would have to brush the top of my mouth.

I don't know if certain cereal makes me happy, but Cheerios has a certain comfort factor for me. When I was little it was the only cereal I ate, so I guess I'm used to it.

Cinnamon. Toast. Crunch. End of discussion.
I would close this topic, but I want to give everyone the opportunity to discuss the merits of adding one bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch to their daily diets.
Thanx.

That's a good idea. I should have some later.
And instead of closing it...maybe move it to the Off Topic forum? This is more of an off topic thread anyway.

The only problem I have with CTC is that its too messy to eat straight from the box. Other than that, I love it.

Ballonknot was hanging out here with me and the women last night, and were ended up watching a bit of the Breakfast Club.
I must have seen the film a million time but it was last night I realized in the lunch scene Ally Sheedy eats a bunch of dry Cpt'n Crunch between two pieces of bread.
It kinda makes me wonder how much dry Cpt Crunch she had to eat for that two seconds of film and how much that must have killed her mouth.
Then I remember they were all probably doing cocain off the tables between takes so it's all good.

All right, let's settle this.
Vote for your favorite breakfast cereals here. You can select a maximum of two.
Also, for the sake of keeping the list short, a given 'generic' choice also includes its variations. For example, the choice of Cap'n Crunch also includes Crunch Berries, Peanut Butter Crunch, and Oops, All Berries, while Lucky Charms would also include Chocolate Lucky Charms.

Ok, I loved FROOT LOOPS when I was a kid and well into my twenties. It had that sugary, fruity taste I craved, and fun loopy shapes! Just seeing the Froot Loops box in the grocery bag when I was a kid while helping put the food away made me happy 'cause I knew I was gonna love 'em!

LoL, that reminded me of last week's episode of FAMILY GUY, where Brian the talking dog became a teacher, and was teaching a class of under acheivers about Mark Twain by making himself up to look like him with a wig, bushy mustache and suit, and the one kid, Chris says as Brian is leaving, " Goodbye Captain Crunch! '' LoL!!!!

This is only a LITTLE off topic, but does ANYONE here besides me remember a kid's vitamin called " Pals" ? They were little animal shaped vitamins, and the jingle for the commercial went, " We're your pals, pals are we, in your vitamin, vitamin - agerie! " Yeah, I know, pretty damn lame! I just wanted to see who else remembered it!

Also - a FAMILY GUY cereal could be called ANY of the following : Peter - O's, Stewie - O's, or Brian - O's. Anyone remember a cereal called " Urkel - O's " ?
