First Amongst Daves suicided by swimming with the sharks, rather than let LKF kill him (so I've killed him 3 times and he still hasn't killed me). Once I've reincarnated, I'll go to the trader's hut and give Timothy his 30 GCs. You too, Rotten Balls and Sammitch. You might want to sleep ten paces south of the hut, so LKF doesn't get you while you wait.
TTT, you might want to quietly slip into Dalpok to get some FAKs. There'll be some at the trader's hut there.
Blue Hummingbird is going to participate in the Derby Derby, a headhunting contest in Derby. She's trying to resign from the Imperials, but the clan selection is not working. She's currently heading south towards the township.
The Raktam branch of the Bank made another 40GCs profit yesterday.

TTT - I'm presently trying to do a deal to fund the Derby Privateers to hire the Mercenaries Guild at the moment for 200 GCs for profit to the Bank of 50 GCs. Repayment would be made in Durham. We'll see how it goes, but you might be getting an inflow of cash in the Durham branch shortly.
First Amongst Daves has 107 GCs. TTT, if I give these to you can you give them to Ibn in York, if you're heading down that way anyway? I'm presently with Duncan Macleod 10 clicks south of the trader's hut, and I'll wait there if you like. Macleod and I are then going Killie hunting. After that I was thinking of heading along the coast to find Unity Island, given no one seems keen on attacking Wiksik en masse.
Justice Hart of York is going tiger and bear hunting up-river and in the mountains, and has set off with 33 bullets, 6 machetes and zero skills. He's currently on the northern outskirts of York, and won't last long I'd imagine.

skolor tried to kill me but spent a lot of time missing, only taking away a total of 5 of my hitpoints. Then the fucker ran away. I later found him a couple of screens away trying to fight a small deer. I killed him and the deer. Also, I joined the Scavengers as my second clan. They're one of the clans in there whose members don't seem to take themselves or the game too seriously, as opposed to the majority.

You mean the Derby branch, don't you? Kristofer Schanz is the branch manager in Derby, not Durham.
Funny thing... I'd been planning on heading to Unity Island as soon as I could find enough FAKs for the dangerous journey through the waters, since they're the only things that can heal a shark bite. Instead I've got a shitload of water bottles and just one FAK. I figure I'll need two: one for the trip there and one for the trip back (presuming I don't get killed on the island).

I'll do the Unity Island thing on the way back. Not enough FAKs at the shipwreck. I found a lot in York the last time I was there, though.

But if you'e not heading that way, give them back: there is a bear hunting competition around the mountain and First Amongst Daves is about to embark. Raktam is nearby and I can give them to Dappled Shadow. Nowie, I think LKF has hidden himself, or not reincarated. I can't find the bastard anywhere, and I'm getting bored looking.

Hands above the covers kids! Isn't Pro playing anymore? His character is listed as inactive, as is Dagwood Foreman. Igoban the roaming shaman is in Wiksik. This means if you get killed in Wiksik, you reincarnate in the village. I say we all do the three days travel and get there post-haste!  Wiksik is the town to the right of the lake/grassland, surrounded by light green. To get there we'd travel along the north coast and drop down. If we all do it together, without telling anyone, we'd cause chaos like in Dalpok. And re-name the place New Flanders or something.

OK. Head to the west and you'll hit the shipwreck. That's bad news because the pirates will kill you (you can at least go out fighting and get in some XPs) but if you're careful you'll get to the trader's hut and find me, Capn Sammitch and Nowhereman (disguised as Rotten Balls and David Hasselhoff). I'll give you some coin so you can buy some equipment if you need it. There is a bunch of us setting off as a group on a bear hunt in the mountains so you can join in if you like.
Alternatively, you can head east along the coast and hit the northern river. There is a lot of action apparently at the river mouth so I'd steer clear of that. If you get to the river you can revive your HP by drinking fresh water. Head south down the river and you'll hit a big mountain. swing around the moutain to the east and you'll pass near the native village of Raktam.
If you get killed, you can either revive at a roaming shaman (costs 50APs and you don't know where you are, but at least your walk won't be in vain) or at the home shaman (costs 25 APs but you'll know where you are). If you go home to York, you'll find that backwards7 (Sam Bellamy) and Nowhereman (Nowherehowdy) are causing lots of trouble, killing cops and the like. You might like to join them. I suspect TTT, Capn Sammitch (as Sgt Snodgrass) and Prometheus will also be joining in.

I'm not interested in attacking York. I have reason to remain on as good terms as possible with that city. Plus, I have never killed anyone from York, and so far no one from York has killed me. All my outsider kills, in fact, were of players who attacked or killed me first (with the exception of a pirate who was a member of a notorious native-based clan that kills outsiders, and that was during the siege of Durham, when anyone native or native-allied was fair game).
