I finally decided to read the Watchmen today. I purchased it a good year and a half ago. Since then it has been collecting dust on my shelf.
I was undecided on if to read it or not because of how the book is practically worshiped in some circles. I have to say I have been enjoying it so far.
I just got to Rorschach's capture by the police and his mental evaluations.
I wanted to finish it tonight before prime time television but after dinner and this break it seems unlikely.
Overall Watchmen is a good read.

Shitty day. Worked 12 hours. Finished Watchmen which was really a good book. Got a call from my father telling me long story short since my Grandfathers death 2 1/2 years ago he has been drinking way too much after work and has been told by a doctor thats he could very well be a "functioning alcoholic". Both are great books. Alex Ross' art in Kingdm Come is breathtaking.

I find it mildly entertaining that so many people are actually interested in the comic book I'm drawing (the Joanna Quinn one). I find it insanly entertaining telling former military personnel I work with that I'm pacifist. I find it uproarously entertaining to shout vivaciously at priests with a 'Satan' voice.
