Songs from the awesomly bad album "Burt Reynolds: Ask Me What I Am":
  • Burt Reynolds "You Can't Always Sing a Happy Song" (or, in Burt's case, a good one)
Burt Reynolds: "She's Taken a Gentle Lover" (ironic given that both Judy Carne and Loni Anderson said Burt was a wife beater)
Burt Reynolds: The First One that I Lay With" (a tender ballad about being date raped by an older woman)
Burt Reynolds: "Til I Get it Right" (this song is about how Burt keeps falling in love despite all his bad relationships in the past. This wouldn't be a bad song if someone with talent as a country singer, say, Willie Nelson, had sang it)
Burt Reynolds: "Slow John Fairburn" (this is the best song on the album, in no small part to the fact that Burt doesn't actually sing on it)

You know...I like Genesis covers. I mean, I like them as much as I like the original.

I went looking for 80s songs on iTunes, and I still can't remember, but I bought a bunch of Journey and Bryan Adams songs. And Jukebox Hero...can you tell I want to get Guitar Hero 2?

I'm not a broke college punk anymore. I don't mind forking over a Washington for a song I really like. Plus, I'm pretty good and looking for stuff the week it comes out and buying it then. 'Minutes to Midnight' and the Spiderman and Transformers soundtracks were only 8 bucks the weeks they came out, and they were worth it (okay, Spidey one not so much).

Ok, there's a disturbing trend in bluegrass right now. Hayseed Dixie did a tribute album to AC/DC several years back. They, apparently, followed that up with one for KISS. Now, my Pandora station just brought up a group called Iron Horse with them covering Metallica songs.
