Actually, Keith David would be an awesome KITT.
The thing is, having William Daniels as KITT would work as well. Hell, Peter Cullen could still be KARR. It would be a nice throwback to the old show.
(Yeah...I just bumped Season 1 to the top of my Netflix list. I remember obsessing about the show as a kid, and I don't remember a thing).
I saw the two hour Knight Rider series pilot, Jackie.. it was funny as hell!
In one scene, KITT starts talking as two guys are inside him, trying to steal him.. he ejects them both and they go " Ahhhhhhhhhh!!"
I'm laughing just thinking about it.
I watched the show every week when it was on.
