Sisko discovers that Kasidy is smuggling medical supplies to the Maquis. However, the motives of the security officer conducting the investigation are less than honourable. Kasidy is caught, and put in jail. Eddington lures Sisko away from DS - 9 so that he can help the Maqui, and then leaves the station. Pretty good episode.
