I agree with your picks, though I'd say it's just the last 40 minutes of Audition that are killer. If you think Suicide Club is disturbing, allow me to draw your attention to the director's follow-up: Strange Circus. You're welcome in advance.

Even though I saw it coming before the movie even started, the last two minutes of Sleepaway Camp are truly fucked up. Hard Candy has a scene that is truly disturbing, though the same could be said for the entire brilliant movie. There are no less than 5 scenes that hit some level of fuck-uppedness in Mountain Of The Cannibal God that make the movie worth seeing and hilarious.
