That ep was a nearly perfect distillation of why South Park rules. They take two simple premises: dick jokes and a parody of one of those "dedicated teacher" films and use them to poke fun at (in no particular order and not limited to): race relations, the New England Patriots, genetic engineering, Disney films, abortion and the American school system.
