this says march 23rd for europe, at 599 euros, £425 in the UK -- which is a good deal versus $600 in the states, right?

i know there's been major hardware shortage in the states versus the two markets. even now, i think i just read the US only gets 40-50% of the produced systems, instead of bumping it up to 70% or more to better tie into demand. its way more in short supply here than over seas.

the same could be said of the ps3, too. though the ps3 seems to be moving past its first year "growing pains" now, where as the 360 is still in the middle of them.
