New York Post:

• A pair of thieves in Tulsa, Oklahoma, were arrested for stealing a man’s wallet Friday evening — and one was easily tracked down thanks to his distinctive tats.
  
  Police said Paul Wayne Terry, who has devil-horn tattoos and “F–k Cops” written on his forehead, forced his way into an apartment with ex-girlfriend Sonja Marie Moro, 29, and demanded money from a resident with a knife in hand, according to Newson6.com.
  
  The victim handed over his wallet, but he was able to describe Terry to Tulsa cops based only on the charmer’s tattoos, which also include a Nazi SS insignia below his eye and kissing lips on his cheek. Terry, 27, was arrested the following day.
  
  He was booked into the Tulsa Jail on $100,000 bail while his accomplice Moro, 29, was booked on $50,000 bail.
  
  Unsurprisingly, Terry is not a stranger to the criminal justice system. He pleaded guilty in June to domestic assault and battery, malicious injury to property, and interfering with an emergency telephone call

It reminds me of the time Rob was arrested after a man was caught wanking and crying in the mens changing rooms at the local swimming pool near to his apartment.
The description said "Man wearing a Batman mask, yellow/red trunks & feather boa with a Wii controller shoved down his ass crack."
