I've actually lost 27 pounds in the last 10 weeks on my own (and would like to lose another 10 to 15), but I'd consider using this program, if I can't do it completely on my own. I was up to 202, and am currently at 175. I've been as low as 172, but Easter and my birthday made me indulge a little bit.
