This was from an issue of Wizard for their "Last Man Standing" feature, I believe. DC villains vs. Marvel villains over possession of the Infinity Gauntlet. As I recall, the Marvel villains (due to Doom) cleaned up.

It reminds me of a DC Marvel crossover thing where they have to fight each other to determine who's universe wins and gets to remain... which spawned the amalgam universe, I believe.
