List them here, actual or speculative. And someone send out for pizza. I've got the munchies.

Why is it I think Jesse Custer smoked pot?
Surely John Constantine is fond of the odd spliff. Oliver Queen, too.
Yeah, Constantine does.
Never read about Ollie smoking weed though.
Jack Knight Starman did until he got the superhero gig, then he felt he had to give it up.
The Doctor from Authority shoots up all the time.
I'm pretty sure Drummer in Planetary is never sober. Also, speculating that Stephen Strange takes a dip into some contraband.
And, according to Animal Man, "God"....

I don't see Custer smoking pot. Too much of a "good old boy" type.
Constantine and Queen, I could see it, though.

How do I forget the Doctor and the Drummer? There's a teamup I'll never forgive Ellis for not writing!
Spider Jerusalem gobbles down uppers like candy.
Any character that Grant Morrison was a result of drugs.
Does that count?

Animalman once tried peyote.
And Grant Morrison counts too, having written himself into the DCU in Animaman only to die in the Suicide Squad.
How about comic book creators doing drugs? What drugs are they doing? Now there is a story.
Rob Lefield takes it up the ass.
This is a good place to plug SlaveLabor Graphics Captain Tupelo: The worlds first junkie superhero! Cool book, it had 3 or 4 issues.

Huh. I never thought of that.
Rex & Rick Tyler, a.k.a. Hourman 1 & 2 (Miraclo)
Capt. Marvel, it's so obvious, this old guy in a robe gives him some ecstacy and turns him into a "man".....
Plus, he's a Superman ripoff. That's gotta be depressing for him.
When Magneto was masquerading as Xorn (though now that appears that was Xorn's brother masquerading as Magneto masquerading as Xorn; damn you Claremont!), he used the mutant drug known as "Kick".

Chris Claremont is clearly doing drugs.
Chris Claremont has been out of new ideas since about 1987 or so.
He was actually killed in a car accident and replaced by the winner of a Chris Claremont impersonating contest, hence the secret backwards messages Byrne added to the art at the end of the run.
And knowing is half the battle.
The initials "CC" also stand for "cubic centermetres", which is how you measure any drug in liquid form.
Obviously, my dear Watson.
Well, he was always into 'X'..... (bu-dum-dumm...thank you, thank you....be sure to tip your Rob on the way out tonight...)

Emma Frost.
Yeah. Coke fiend. Snorts it in the bathroom at Xavier's mansion. Pot is too pedestrian, and heroin too yucky.

Anyone say Speedball yet?
Daredevil is addicted to pain killers I'm sure.
Poison Ivy has to use plant drugs of all sorts.
Swamp Thing grows those poppy/mushroom things.
All Gods are apparently drunks.
I'm sure the silver surfer experimented with lsd or something.

The movie version was. I don't remember it even being in the comics though.
I knew that someone somewhere wanted to turn the Martian Manhunter's affinity for Oreos into an addiction, but DC nixed it before he could actually write it. For the life of me, though, I can't remember which writer wanted to accomplish this task...
John Ostrander actually did that in an issue of the monthly. It was set in the JLI period and actually very funny.
