Just kidding MEM. It was one of your (and Obama's) Muslim buddies:
  • The shooting in Orlando at Pulse, which bills itself as "the hottest gay bar" in the city and was packed with more than 300 people, was reported minutes after 2 a.m. Sunday. In addition to those killed inside the club, at least 42 people were taken to area hospitals.

The gunman, whose identity was not immediately released, “may have leanings” toward radical Islam, FBI Special Agent in Charge Ron Harper said when asked whether the suspect had ties to Jihadist terror groups. Harper said the investigation is looking into possible threats made previously by the suspect in connection to radical Islam groups. He said the agency is still investigating and has yet to confirm any role a terror group may have played in the mass shooting.
Beat me to it....Dickhead.
Still making the same mistake g-man of blaming a whole group of people for something they didn't do or approve of.
That's right MEM. A mentality is derived from only a single person, and not from the culture from which it hailed.

Same old faulty logic. There are plenty of Muslim people that don't fit your stereotype and it's just dumb and evil to treat them like they did this.
Says the guy who blamed Sarah Palin and the tea party for the Giffords shooting.
Do you think you make any sense? Whatever, it's easy to see what motivates you and what your values are. You should be ashamed.
If the shooter didn't have the assault weapon, he just would have flown a plane into the building or something.

Orlando Shooter’s Fmr. Co-Worker Says Employer Ignored ‘Unhinged’ Behavior Because He Was Muslim:
  • A former Fort Pierce police officer who once worked with 29-year-old Omar Mateen, the assailant in an Orlando nightclub shooting that left at least 50 dead, said he was “unhinged and unstable.”

Daniel Gilroy said he worked the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift with G4S Security at the south gate at PGA Village for several months in 2014-15. Mateen took over from him for a 3 to 11 p.m. shift.

Gilroy, a former Fort Pierce Police officer, said Mateen frequently made homophobic and racial comments. Gilroy said he complained to his employer G4S Security several times but it did nothing because he was Muslim. Gilroy quit after he said Mateen began stalking him via multiple text messages — 20 or 30 a day. He also sent Gilroy 13 to 15 phone messages a day, he said.
there's a lot of fuckery in the mainstream media right now. stories are getting buried and commenters are getting banned for mentioning the shooter's statements supporting the Islamic State and other charming and endearing stuff. the sampling of foreign news outlets you can find in less than a minute on reddit lays the guy's extremism out pretty transparently.
/r/news was banning people who pointed out that Tameen was Muslim. Next thing you know, close to 200 thousand people unsubscribe in a matter of a hours.

Mods proceed to shit bricks and cry out, "Wait wait, please don't go! We're sorry!"

I could just become a follower of the ruling ideology, swap political beliefs in an instant when the other guy is going to win, and begin to use terms made up by politicians who clearly do not understand what words like 'assault' and 'weapon' mean individually and show no realization of the redundancy of putting them together.

People use the 'assault weapon' term to describe guns that look scary too them. In functionality, those guns are no different than their wood grained brethren. The very same guns that have been mass produced and sold to the public for about 150 years. Hell, you used to be able to buy them in hardware stores. Which goes to where our real problem is. We have a societal problem that is elevating hatred and violence no matter the weapon.

I've read several articles where the shooter's ex-wife said that he was mentally unstable or ill. I've yet to read an article where he was diagnosed and/or treated. I'm all for not letting the mentally unstable get guns. It should come up on a background check. But it seems like it doesn't (and that needs to be changed). And in this situation it seems like it wouldn't have popped up on him. If we'd dedicate some time and effort to identifying and treating the mentally ill, a by-product would be that they wouldn't be able to buy guns to use when they snapped.

I grew up around guns. I don't fear the idea of them, but I do fear the guns themselves. That's not to say that I won't or don't shoot them. That fear makes sure that I'm terribly safe in my handling of them. If anyone says that they aren't afraid of guns, keep your distance from them because they're gonna get you injured or worse by being careless with a gun. I've seen it in people I know who weren't raised with guns but became Libertarian gun nuts in adulthood. All of the people who were hunters and such when I was a kid who themselves grew up with guns as part of their daily lives never had a gun go off when they didn't want it to. But these new to it fucknuts all have 'accidental emmisions' (their term, not mine) where their guns shot a live round when they didn't realize that it was loaded.

We've lost our common goddamn sense when it comes to guns and people in general. Our society promotes this violence by making all the other sick fucks realize that they'll get all the attention they want if they'd just shoot up a school, mall, nightclub, etc. Their names will be up on the 24 hours news networks every few minutes telling the world. Making guns the bad guy here is an easy way out just as it's easy to blame all the Muslims. There's a deeper, societal ill here that we're ignoring for the quick fix answers.

Smith & Wesson shares were up 8.8% before the market even opened.

Shares of firearm makers rose in premarket trading on Monday, after the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history sparked renewed fears of potential gun control.

Smith & Wesson shares were up 8.8% at $23.30, while those of Sturm, Ruger & Co rose 4.5% at $60.

A man armed with an assault rifle and pledging loyalty to Islamic State killed 50 people during a gay pride celebration at a nightclub in Orlando, Florida early on Sunday.

The rampage – carried out by the gunman, Omar Mateen, a New York-born Florida resident and U.S. citizen – was denounced by President Barack Obama, who had previously blasted congressional inaction on gun control.

Gun sales jumped in January after President Obama vowed to use executive powers to expand background checks for buyers and bolster licensing requirements for dealers.

The announcement had followed the mass shooting in San Bernardino, California, where a couple pledging allegiance to Islamic State killed 14 people.

Gun sales slowed in May according to adjusted data from National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), which process applications to own firearms.

Sales were up only modestly from a year earlier, compared with expectations for a double-digit rise, BB&T Capital markets analyst Brian Ruttenbur wrote last week.

Ruttenbur had also cut his rating on Sturm, Ruger to “hold” from “buy.”

Up to Friday’s close, Smith & Wesson stock had risen 39% in last 12 months, while Sturm, Ruger had risen about 6%.

MUSLIM OPINION POLLS:

A "Tiny Minority of Extremists"?

 Quote:
"Strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be
unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is their destination."
Quran 9:73

Have you heard that Islam is a peaceful religion because most Muslims live peacefully and that only a "tiny minority of extremists" practice violence? That's like saying that White supremacy must be perfectly fine since only a tiny minority of racists ever hurt anyone. Neither does it explain why religious violence is largely endemic to Islam, despite the tremendous persecution of religious minorities in Muslim countries.

In truth, even a tiny minority of "1%" of Muslims worldwide translates to 15 million believers - which is hardly an insignificant number. However, the "minority" of Muslims who approve of terrorists, their goals, or their means of achieving them is much greater than this. In fact, it isn't even a true minority in some cases, depending on how goals and targets are defined.

The following polls convey what Muslims say are their attitudes toward terrorism, al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden, the 9/11 attacks, violence in defense of Islam, Sharia, honor killings, and matters concerning assimilation in Western society. The results are all the more astonishing because most of the polls were conducted by organizations with an obvious interest in "discovering" agreeable statistics that downplay any cause for concern.

Poll of U.S. Muslims Reveals Ominous Levels Of Support For Islamic Supremacists’ Doctrine of Shariah, Jihad

 Quote:
June 23, 2015 According to a new nationwide online survey (Below) of 600 Muslims living in the United States, of those polled a significant minority embraces the supremacist notions that could pose a threat to America’s security and its constitutional form of government.*

The numbers of potential jihadists among the majority of Muslims who appear not to be sympathetic to such notions raise a number of public policy choices that warrant careful consideration and urgent debate, including: the necessity for enhanced surveillance of Muslim communities; refugee resettlement, asylum and other immigration programs that are swelling their numbers and density; and the viability of so-called “countering violent extremism” initiatives that are supposed to stymie radicalization within those communities.

Overall, the survey, which was conducted by The Polling Company for the Center for Security Policy (CSP), suggests that a substantial number of Muslims living in the United States see the country very differently than does the population overall. The sentiments of the latter were sampled in late May in another CSP-commissioned Polling Company nationwide survey.

According to the just-released survey of Muslims, a majority (51%) agreed that “Muslims in America should have the choice of being governed according to shariah.” When that question was put to the broader U.S. population, the overwhelming majority held that shariah should not displace the U.S. Constitution (86% to 2%).

More than half (51%) of U.S. Muslims polled also believe either that they should have the choice of American or shariah courts, or that they should have their own tribunals to apply shariah. Only 39% of those polled said that Muslims in the U.S. should be subject to American courts.

These notions were powerfully rejected by the broader population according to the Center’s earlier national survey. It found by a margin of 92%-2% that Muslims should be subject to the same courts as other citizens, rather than have their own courts and tribunals here in the U.S.

Even more troubling, is the fact that nearly a quarter of the Muslims polled believed that, “It is legitimate to use violence to punish those who give offense to Islam by, for example, portraying the prophet Mohammed.”

By contrast, the broader survey found that a 63% majority of those sampled said that “the freedom to engage in expression that offends Muslims or anybody else is guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and cannot be restricted.”

Nearly one-fifth of Muslim respondents said that the use of violence in the United States is justified in order to make shariah the law of the land in this country.

Center for Security Policy President, Frank J. Gaffney, Jr., observed:
  • The findings of the Center for Security Policy’s survey of Muslims in America suggests that we have a serious problem. The Pew Research Center estimates that the number of Muslims in the United States was 2.75 million in 2011, and growing at a rate of 80-90 thousand a year. If those estimates are accurate, the United States would have approximately 3 million Muslims today. That would translate into roughly 300,000 Muslims living in the United States who believe that shariah is “The Muslim God Allah’s law that Muslims must follow and impose worldwide by Jihad.”

It is incumbent on the many American Muslims who want neither to live under the brutal repression of shariah nor to impose it on anybody else to work with the rest of us who revere and uphold the supremacy of the U.S. Constitution in protecting our nation against the Islamic supremacists and their jihad.

Despite this latest Islamic fanatic's double life, I think it does manifest what polls consistently show a vast slice of U.S. muslims' first loyalty to something other than the United States. And more than that, a vast support among them for violently or otherwise overthrowing the United States in favor of Sharia law. (i.e., it is a "slam dunk").

AGAIN: Why would we want to admit any more of these people into the United States, unless we are absolutely sure they are not ascribed to that jihadist ideology. Any more than we would admit Nazis or Imperial Japanese during World War II, or Soviet communists during the Cold War.

Poll After poll shows that 20 to 25% support violence against Western culture (i.e., the U.S.) and 50% or more passively support implementation of Sharia law over Western democracy. Period.

When you're a son of a pro-terrorist father and you pledge allegiance to Isis before executing 49 people, and maiming 50 more, ideology is still the reason.

We already know that all Islamists are crazy and mentally unstable by virtue of their nonsensical system of ethics. The father that honor-killed both of his daughters for dating Hispanics, for instance, stalked them everywhere obsessively, keeping an eye on their behavior. By Western standards, that is erratic behavior, but still easily attributed to his moral foundation.

The fact that Tameen was a dude that liked other dudes is just a hilarious cherry on top. I can just imagine what was going through his head at the time: "Dammit, why can't I quit you!? Allahu Akbar!"
This is a tad fringe, but relevant. Anyone who paid attention to this story might have heard about the suspect in California who was detained with firearms and explosives in his vehicle. By his own admission, he was heading to the pride parade in LA. The very recent assault on Pulse understandably sent everyone into "Oh shit!" mode and to suspect that he was going to coordinate an attack on the parade with the Orlando.

I'm not gonna lie: I was suspecting a false flag operation spearheaded by a white gun-nut designed to negate the damage done to the leftist narrative by Tameen. I let it go though after the cops said they didn't suspect him of being involved in an attempted to shooting, and that Howell was just a bisexual, bipolar idiot who violated his parole. However, anonymous voices are speaking up and claiming that it was neither a false flag or a lone "homophobic" white idiot, but rather a coordination with both Tameen and Isis in what was supposed to be an exponentially larger hit.

Howell and Four Other Suspects Involved in Planned Sunday Massacres

  • Sources within the Santa Monica police department claim that James Wesley Howell, an Indiana man who was caught with explosives and weapons on Sunday Morning, told the Santa Monica police that as many as five people were involved in planned attacks on gay communities in both Florida and California.

"According to the LA Times, Santa Monica Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks initially said on Twitter that the 20-year-old Indiana man (James Howell) told one of her officers after he was arrested that he wanted “to harm the Gay Pride event.”"

However, after the FBI quickly took over the case, a Santa Monica police spokesman Saul Rodriguez indicated that Seabrooks was mistaken and offered that the Santa Monica detectives who were working the case are “not aware of what the suspect’s intentions were at this point.”

The official version of this story released by the LA Times falsely claims that on early Sunday, Santa Monica police received a call about a suspected prowler who was knocking on a resident’s door and window about 5 a.m. in the 1700 block of 11th Street, Santa Monica police said.

Patrol officers responded and encountered Howell, who was sitting in a car registered in Indiana, police said. Officers inspected the car and found three assault rifles, high-capacity ammunition and a 5-gallon bucket containing “chemicals capable of forming an improvised explosive device,” police said.

A law enforcement source who spoke on condition of anonymity said the contents of the bucket included Tannerite, an ingredient that could be used to create pipe bombs.

The source, who was not authorized to speak publicly about the ongoing investigation, said authorities also found camouflage clothing in the car.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said the suspect told police he was going to the Pride parade to look for a friend. Authorities were looking for that individual.

The real truth of the story was released to a former Los Angeles County prosecutor who works for Get Off the BS by two Santa Monica police officers that have been issued gag orders under threat of Federal prosecution for talking further talking about the incident.

"According to two department sources, Howell called the Santa Monica police on Sunday morning claiming that he needed protection from the CIA. Howell further elaborated to the dispatcher stating that he “had been set up by the CIA – they are going to kill me.”"

According to Howell, he was in LA to meet with another person in a collaborated attack on the gay communities in both Florida and Los Angeles.

"Howell additionally stated that, “everything has gone south. Dan was gone when I got here. They killed the leader of the Florida attack this morning. They are going to kill me. I need protection.”"

According to sources within the police department’s investigation Howell indicated to officers who first made contact with him that Howell claimed he was one of five people involved in a planned Sunday attack on both the east and west coasts.

Howell stated that he was suppose to “hook up” late Saturday night with his contact in LA who was suppose to have more weapons and chemicals to mix with the Tannerite he was in possession of.

"“When I got here, Dan was gone. I went to his apartment and he had cleared out….I tried calling him but he never answered me,” said Howell."

When questioned about the other four people involved in the plot, Howell was only familiar with the first names of three of the alleged suspects, naming his contact in LA – Dan and two of the three contacts in Florida, Omar and Brandy

"Speaking of the suspect killed in the Pulse Bar massacre in Florida, Howell stated, “Omar was not suppose to be killed. They lied to us – Omar and Brandy were suppose to get away.”"

When Howell was questioned about how he and his conspirators knew each other, he said that,

"“We were all familiar with each other through an online fundamental Islamic knowledge seminary course[1] – we were recruited through the course and trained together at a camp in Virginia – we were taught how to shoot and make bombs – everyone knew their part – something went wrong….”"

Before the officers could further question Howell, agents working for the Los Angeles office of the FBI quickly swept in and took over the case. Santa Monica detectives were never allowed to talk with Howell.

In summary, it appears that Howell was on his way to “hook up” with another conspirator (Dan) to set off explosives and shoot people at the gay pride parade in Hollywood California on Sunday.

Finding his contact missing when he got to LA and having heard that Omar Matteen had been killed by a FBI SWAT teem in Orlando, Howell determined he had been double crossed by the CIA and feared for his own life.

Howell was taken in to custody by the FBI before Santa Monica police officers could further question him about the motives behind killing gay people on both coasts of the US on Sunday.

However, in absence of further information and or anyone who will officially go on the record, there is no doubt that the America public is not being told the truth about the Orlando Florida shooting and the arrest of Howell on Sunday.

It is a shame that the Fed’s got to the Santa Monica police chief on Sunday before she was silenced, however we are very thankful that at least two officers have risked their jobs and freedom to reveal what she would of most likely Tweeted had the Fed’s not got to her.

The mainstream medias version of the police showing up to a Santa Monica apartment because someone in the neighborhood allegedly claimed that a person was “knocking on a neighbors door and windows” is almost comical.

When they added the police found the suspect at the scene and discovered weapons and explosives in his car, I almost peed myself laughing.

I use to live in Santa Monica. The likelihood of the police showing up to the apartment over a suspected prowler call within 2 hours, is about one in ten million.

However, for argument sakes let us assume that the police hurried right over to the apartment and found Howell there. (LMAO)

The likelihood that Howell drove all the way from Indiana to California to be found by the Santa Monica police with explosives, ammunition, and assault rifles in plain view in his car is about one in ten trillion.

Would you like to make odds that it was just a “coincidence” as the mainstream media reports, that Howell armed to the teeth with assault rifles and explosives, was on his way to a gay pride parade the same day as the massacre in Florida?

So, if this is true, then the FBI are playing defense for the administration and hiding Howell's true intentions for the purpose of minimizing the political fallout wrought by Tameen's massacre.

Not that far-fetched, in my opinion.
AG Lynch: The FBI Has Lost Track Of Omar Mateen’s Wife

  • Attorney General Loretta Lynch admitted today that the FBI is unaware of the whereabouts of Omar Mateen's wife, Noor Salman.

Salman has indicated she suspected Mateen was about to commit a terrorist attack, and even accompanied him to buy the weaponry he used to carry out the massacre. She insists, however, that as he left she tried to hold onto his arm so he wouldn't leave.
If the FBI believes she was aware of the impending attack, she could be prosecuted.

"Has the shooter’s wife left the state of Florida?" a reporter asked Lynch during her press conference Tuesday.

"Right now, I don’t know exactly the answer to that," Lynch candidly replied. "I believe she was going to travel but I do not know exactly her location now."

Come on, how could the Federal Bureau of Investigation let a potential accomplice in the worst terrorist attack in American soil since 9/11 just walk out the door with no surveillance?

Chilling video of Orlando massacre released: Police body camera footage giving a glimpse into the chaos that ensued the night of the deadly shooting massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando that killed 49 people has been released.

The gays should be offering a sloppy to president-elect Trump for trying to stop people like this.

Trump would turn it down, of course. But the offer would be nice.

he realizes it but he's still in pain from Tuesday so he's falling back on spewing the racist/sexist/homophobe card. It's like an autoreply at this point.
