I remember reading The Killing Joke around 8 years old thinking the Joker was a stone cold motherfucker. One of the first comics I laid my hands on. Her face in that one panel, when she opened the door... classic.

The first comic I felt real emotional attachment to. I hated him. What he did to her... I wanted Bats to kill him. I haven't felt any strong emotions like that for a funnybook since, with exception to Maus.
