Two guys on the corner talking. One is a guy who's good looking, wearing shorts and a tank top with a body builders physique. Obviously works out on a regular basis. The other guy has a normal physique, wearing a Hugo Boss suit, obviously metrosexual. Which guy would you feel more comfortable striking up a conversation with? Which one appeals to you more? The one who takes care of his body, or the one who takes care of his apparel? What do you read into each?

id probably pick the guy in the suit because i would think unless the guy in the tank and shorts was sweaty, he came outside in that outfit to show off and that is not cool with me. The guy in the suit must have a job and work somewhere that requires him to be presentable.
This scenario kiond of happened to me once. I was walking to rob's apartment and this guy who was obviously exercising and was in great shape went in this store which was right in front of me. He looked pretty good but then he took his shirt off! I was repulsed by him!! Who did he think he was?... going into a store with no shirt on?!! He became a nothing in the blink of an eye! Too full of himself!

Knowing me.....I'd probably talk to both guys :P I usually don't notice the guy's musuclar physique first off anyways: I usually look at the persons face and eyes. However, with guys that are comfortably dressed, I usually talk about more casual subjects (which is nice not having to think about what to say next).
Guys dressed in suits' conversation generally revolves around their education, jobs, wives/girlfriends, goals in life- which is a more challenging subject!
I'd probably knowingly smile at both guys, verbally wish them well in life, and go about mine as if nothing had changed!
